SMS Lead Notification Consent

Messages are sent only to LaunchMyWebsite clients — business owners and authorized employees who have expressly agreed to receive automated lead notifications.

People who submit forms on a client's website are not enrolled in this SMS program. Their submissions may trigger a notification to the participating business owner or authorized employee.

You may enroll during an onboarding call, account setup call, or direct conversation with an authorized LaunchMyWebsite representative.

Before enrollment is completed, you will be asked to confirm the following in full:

“Do you agree to receive recurring automated text notifications from LaunchMyWebsite when your business website receives a new lead or form submission? Messages may include lead names, contact information, requested services, and submitted form details. Message frequency varies based on your website activity and may include one message for each form submission. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services.”

You must clearly answer “yes” before you receive automated messages. A partial answer, silence, or unclear response is not treated as agreement.

When you enroll, LaunchMyWebsite records your name, mobile phone number, the date and time of your agreement, and the representative who confirmed your enrollment.

After you agree, the first text you receive confirms your subscription. The business name is filled in for your account:

LaunchMyWebsite: You’re subscribed to receive automated lead and website form notifications for [CLIENT BUSINESS NAME]. Message frequency varies based on website activity and may include one message per form submission. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe.

Enrollment is by express verbal agreement only. You are not enrolled by texting keywords such as START, YES, or UNSTOP. Reply STOP and HELP remain available after you enroll for unsubscribe and assistance.

After you enroll, messages may include:

• New lead notifications
• New contact-form submissions
• Quote and consultation requests
• Lead names and contact details
• Requested services
• Messages entered into website forms
• Submission dates and times
• Links to lead-management dashboards
